Your Right to Data Deletion

At Orange WS Platform, we respect your privacy and your right to control your personal data. If you wish to request deletion of your personal data from our systems, you can do so by following the process described below.

What Data We Delete

When you request data deletion, we will remove:

• Account information (name, email, phone)
• Message history and logs
• Billing and transaction information
• Configuration preferences
• Activity logs associated with your account

Data We Retain

For legal and compliance requirements, we may retain certain information for a limited period:

• Financial transaction records (for tax requirements)
• Aggregated and anonymized data for statistical analysis
• Information required to meet legal obligations

How to Request Deletion

Processing Time

Data deletion requests are processed within a maximum of 30 days from receipt of the request. We will confirm by email when the process is complete.

Advertising Data (Radar / Meta)

If you have interacted with advertising campaigns delivered through the Radar module, your data may additionally exist in Meta's systems. When you request deletion through us we will:

• Remove referral records, ad click identifiers and conversion events associated with your contact from our databases
• Submit a deletion request to Meta's Conversions API for the corresponding hashed events, where technically feasible
• Direct you to Meta's own data deletion flow for data held by Meta outside our control

Meta Data Deletion Callback

When a user revokes authorization of the Radar application from within Meta, Meta automatically notifies us and we delete the associated business-account integration data from our systems. For revocations initiated from within Meta, no additional action on your part is required.
