How to Request Deletion

Request Process:

  1. Send an email to: privacy@masorange.es
  2. Include in the subject: "Data Deletion Request"
  3. Provide the following information:
    • Your registered email address
    • Full account name
    • Confirmation that you want to delete all your data
  4. We will respond to your request within 30 days

Processing Time

Data deletion requests are processed within a maximum of 30 days from receipt of the request. We will confirm by email when the process is complete.

Advertising Data (Radar / Meta)

If you have interacted with advertising campaigns delivered through the Radar module, your data may additionally exist in Meta's systems. When you request deletion through us we will:

Meta Data Deletion Callback

When a user revokes authorization of the Radar application from within Meta, Meta automatically notifies us and we delete the associated business-account integration data from our systems. For revocations initiated from within Meta, no additional action on your part is required.
